Throughout any industry, people and labour remain a critical part of the success of any project and HIFAB Services recognises the benefits of providing correctly skilled and certified personnel relative to the project and/or task in hand.

A key advantage to any contract labour placement through HIFAB Services, is the support provided by our head technical manager whom has a extensive background as a welder, welding supervisor, welding inspector & trainer on a global basis.

Our approach will be able to provide:

• Technical scope of assignment to ensure correctly sourced labour to suit the task and/or project

• Establish functional assessments for the assignment

• Welding test for the potential tradesperson and/or contract worker

• Reading engineering drawing test for the potential tradesperson and/or contract worker

• Custom on-site welding training for the potential tradesperson and/or contract worker (if required)
